Payment Options /methods Of Payment

Unless there is a special written agreement, all the services must be paid in advance:

With Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, JSB, AMEX), Bank Transfer, and Pay Pal. 

A credit card form will be sent and signed for credit card payments to confirm the transaction.

Payment Terms 

Upon confirmation of the tour, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.

The balance of payment is due 60 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy 

All the prices are expressed in Euros with tax included.

Cancellations And Refunds

All cancellations must be explained via email to alberto@italycustomized.it

Cancellations are subject to the following penalties of the full trip price:

60-46 days before arrival: 50% penalty

45-31 days before arrival: 75% penalty 

 30 days or less before arrival: 100% penalty
